Kasa is a part of RED luxury housing area which is a new and very nice apartment buildings, stores, a theater, a dog park and more. It is in a very convenient location close to whatever store or place to eat you need. It is very easy to manage your virtual checking in and out. If you have any issues and you reach out for help, the responses and getting help are almost immediately. The apartment has so much space and light, it is little sterile for my test but still comforting. It has walking in closet and a big kitchen that I liked very much. The apartment and the building were immaculate. When you enter the building there is a very nice, fresh and pleasant aroma. Kasa is on a major street with a lot of car traffic but the apartment was quiet and peaceful. The window blinds were good enough to keep the rooms dark in the evening. I very much enjoyed my stay in Kasa and highly recommended it.

My stay at Kasa Archive was truly delightful. My daughter and I enjoyed our vacation, check-in was easy and they are willing to accommodate for early check-in with fee which o didn't mind. We had a kitchen with appliances readily available. Also in our unit was a washer and dryer. Kasa Archive is located in a place where everything was in the proxsimity mall, Chuckie cheese, sprouts, Walmart, Urban air, and any store one may be interested in. I personally enjoyed access to the gym. They also offered a club house and pool. It was way to cold to occupy the pool however on our next visit this Spring or Summer we will. 10/10 we will come again!

An innovative place to stay with tech and AI driven virtual front desk and customer service. Guests share facilities like pools and common rooms with apartments nearby under the same management I assume. Service + staff training could have been better. Housekeeping made the error of entering our room without knocking, but was explained quickly when I reported to guest service. It would have been better if the doors had physical latches.

I’ve stayed in KASAs in Denver, Nashville, and Minneapolis. This was my first time staying at one in Reno. Just like the other 3 locations I absolutely love it. Reno is probably my favorite too. As of the last time I stayed at the other locations, Reno is the only one with a gated parking lot. They have wheel carts to help bring luggage in and out and smooth riding elevator to access higher floors. Overall the entire facility in Reno is well maintained, clean, and has a sharp professional look. All check in/check out can be done with the app. If you need anything you simply send a text message 24/7 and they respond within 60 seconds every single time, even late at night! On future trips to Reno you can rest assured this will be the first place I look up for reservation availability!

Nice lodging option with good amenities. It was really great aside from a couple of glitches. I would definitely stay here again. Room is clean, hot tub is large, kitchen is well stocked, washer/dryer in unit, and the messages are answered promptly. Rating around 4.5 that could go up or down.

I stayed at a Kasa Archive in Reno, NV. What’s interesting is I booked a different place to stay on my trip and didn’t have a great experience so I needed to move to a new rental property & Kasa had 1 rental property available and I booked it right away. When I got there the rental property was beautiful and also it was easy to check in. No front desk person needed. The kitchen, living room, bathroom and bedroom were all clean and spacious. What I also love about this place is it location. In the Reno area you are surrounded by beautiful mountains from morning to evening. The amenities were mind blowing. First, this place is definitely dog friendly. Lots of areas for dogs to play and take care of doggy business. They have pet bags and trash cans everywhere. The pool, workout areas & the mini basketball court make you never want to leave. They have a massive TV in the pool, jacuzzi area and also a massive TV in the big Central Park area. This location was also close to a movie theater that was at least a 3-5 minute walk. Overall, I loved my stay and I will definitely make this my top choice to rental when I’m back in Reno and hopefully traveling around the country.

My experience here was absolutely wonderful. When I first arrived, I was a little unsure because the property is located within a large apartment community, but that concern quickly disappeared. Accessing the building using the provided instructions was very easy and felt extremely secure. The layout of the building is simple to navigate, and everything is exceptionally clean. The on-site maintenance staff—mostly present in the mornings—were incredibly friendly and did a great job keeping the property well maintained. The room itself feels like an elevated hotel suite. It’s fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals, whether it’s breakfast, dinner, or something in between. The quality of the furnishings and amenities feels premium and thoughtfully selected. The bathroom, in particular, stands out—it’s beautifully designed and finished with materials that are noticeably higher quality than what you’d typically find in a standard hotel. The location is also very convenient. Anything you might need is easily accessible by foot or a short drive. Walmart is only about seven minutes away, and if you’re in the mood for ice cream, I highly recommend Country Creamery, located right within the development and just a five-minute walk around the buildings.
